As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Lansdowne, Virginia.
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or Nurse Practitioner who is confident in-patient consultations, treatment planning, and injectable treatments.
The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, personable, and passionate about aesthetics. This individual should be committed to delivering outstanding patient outcomes, maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, building long-term patient relationships, and contributing to a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
Administer neurotoxins and dermal fillers safely and effectively.
Perform aesthetic laser treatments, including skin rejuvenation and laser hair removal.
Educate patients regarding treatment options, skincare recommendations, and pre- and post-treatment care.
Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely patient documentation within the electronic medical record system.
Address patient questions and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
Build strong patient relationships that encourage retention and long-term treatment planning.
Participate in ongoing training, education, and professional development opportunities.
Collaborate with providers and staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented clinic culture.
Required Qualifications
Active and unrestricted Virginia Nurse Practitioner license.
Minimum of 1 year of aesthetic injecting experience.
Demonstrated experience performing neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments.
Strong consultation, communication, and patient education skills.
Professional, positive, personable, and patient-centered demeanor.
Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
Experience using electronic medical records and practice management software.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:
Neurotoxins: Botox, Dysport, Daxxify, Xeomin, or Letybo.
Dermal fillers/biostimulatory products: RHA, Restylane, Juvéderm, Revanesse, Sculptra, and/or Radiesse.
Aesthetic laser procedures and skin rejuvenation treatments.
Social media content creation and patient education initiatives.
